The downstairs banquet room is available for the exclusive use of EAST LAKE RESIDENTS ONLY. The setting and scenery of the lake is spectacular for those special occasions (i.e. wedding reception, showers, birthdays, etc.) or business functions. Call the Clubhouse for more information. If it is found that Homeowners are renting the room for non-residents, then they will lose rental privileges for up to 2 years and the deposit.
